The location in city center is a nice location and convenient if you want to walk. The pool and spa facilities were very nice and the pool is warmed. The rooms are starting to show wear and tear, carpet, the shower handles. The bed needed a little more of a topper to make it a little more comfortable. A more ni fridge would be nice in the room so you can have cold drinks. The people were nice, the facility was clean with a good location. It worth staying.

Très bon séjour, hôtel propre, très bien placé, à deux pas de centre ville avec tout les restaurants et autre festivités,chambre très grande lit confortable. Dans la salle de bain baignoire à revoir.

Super hôtel, les employés sont d'un respect inégalable, autant l'accueil en chambre et au spa, c'est la 4e fois que nous venons, nous nous sentons toujours aussi bien la literie est incroyable, seul petit bémol le coin piscine a un peu vieilli et demande un petit rafraîchissement tout y est très propre nous reviendrons et certains, ah oui j'oubliais petit déjeuner en chambre mais où sont passés les croissants et les petits pains au chocolat? En revanche idem respect des horaires et qualité des produits

L' acceuil, en grande partie confié à des agents de sécurité, est déplorable. Seul la prestation du petit déjeuner est correcte. Le spa a le mérite d'exister, mais une rénovation s'impose, ainsi que pour les chambres (sèche serviette HS).

What a shame for a 4-stars hotel
Not so good, this hotel isn't a four stars. So many details like degradations in the Spa ( peeling ceiling paint, rotten wooden sauna door frame, stained carpet in the hallways, jacuzzi too small with dirty steps) . There is no USB wall socket in the room, which is unacceptable for a 4-star hotel. The parking is too small, This requires paying for outdoor parking. Very bad experience...
